Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lifetime licence

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of the amount paid, including GST, within 7 days of payment. Email us with your registered mobile number and payment reference. Conditions:
  • this applies only to the lifetime licence purchased on this website;
  • it is available once per mobile number, for the first purchase only;
  • the licence is deactivated when the refund is processed;
  • no refund is given if the licence has been shared with or used by another shop.
The licence is activated immediately and delivered digitally. Payments for the lifetime licence are therefore non-refundable once the licence has been activated, except as stated below.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged more than once, or if the amount was debited but the licence was not activated, the extra or failed amount will be refunded in full.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, subject to bank and payment gateway timelines.

Cancellation

The lifetime licence is a one-time payment; there is no subscription to cancel. The quarterly plan can be cancelled at any time from Google Play, which stops the next renewal. Refunds for Google Play purchases are governed by Google Play’s refund policy.
