Digital service

Live Khaata is a software service delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery of the licence

Your licence is activated on your registered mobile number immediately after successful payment, usually within a few minutes. Log in to the app with that number to begin. The GST invoice is sent to the email address given at purchase.

If activation is delayed

If your licence is not active within 24 hours of payment, contact us with your mobile number and payment reference. We will resolve it within two working days.
